Alisha Mack

Associate Attorney

Alisha is a transactional attorney who advises businesses, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate and business matters. Her practice includes helping clients structure deals, negotiate agreements and navigate matters from initial planning through closing.

Prior to joining Williams Teusink, Alisha practiced family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, legitimation, child custody and support, and domestic violence protective orders, including complex cases litigated at trial. Additionally, Alisha served as an Assistant Solicitor General in DeKalb County.

Before becoming an attorney, Alisha gained extensive experience supporting litigation in private practice and government settings. She worked as a paralegal and law clerk on family law, civil and criminal matters, assisting with discovery, legal research, motions, briefs and the development of case strategy. She also served as a victim services coordinator with the Durham County District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina, where she supported prosecutors handling felony matters and worked closely with victims and witnesses throughout the litigation process.

Alisha earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University.

Outside the office, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and traveling. As a creative enthusiast, she also loves music, the arts and reading.
