Williams, recognized in the real estate law category, is a founding partner of Williams Teusink, whose practice focuses on land use and development, zoning, permitting and licensing, construction, and general real estate matters. He represents property owners, nonprofits, neighborhoods, homeowner and condominium associations, developers and other real estate professionals in residential and commercial property matters. Williams regularly appears before state agencies and local governments in matters involving permitting, code enforcement, zoning, licensing, and ad valorem property tax appeals.
Teusink, recognized in the commercial litigation category, is the managing partner of Williams Teusink and a business and real estate attorney whose practice encompasses both litigation and transactional matters. His litigation practice includes disputes involving contracts, title and real property, and he serves as outside corporate counsel to numerous entrepreneurial companies across a range of industries, including multifamily and retail ownership groups, community development financial institutions, and housing nonprofit organizations. He also represents lenders, borrowers, purchasers, and sellers in commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of property types.
