Williams Teusink is proud to announce that Alisha Mack and Angelica Jacox have joined the firm as associate attorneys.
Mack is a transactional attorney who advises businesses, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate and business matters. Her practice includes helping clients structure deals, negotiate agreements, and navigate matters from initial planning through closing. She earned her Juris Doctor and undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University.
Jacox focuses her transactional practice on advising businesses, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate and business matters. Her practice includes advising developers on the legal infrastructure for planned communities, mixed-use and new urban communities, condominiums, destination resorts, and other complex real estate developments. Jacox earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Tennessee State University.
