Angelica Jacox

Associate Attorney

Angelica is a transactional attorney who advises businesses, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate and business matters. Her practice includes advising developers on the legal infrastructure for planned communities, mixed-use and new urban communities, condominiums, destination resorts, and other complex real estate developments.

Before joining Williams Teusink, she worked at a large international labor and employment law firm, advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, employment law, and employment-based immigration policies. She also worked as an immigration attorney, representing Fortune 500 clients and ensuring compliance with employment laws, corporate immigration policies and regulatory frameworks across complex, high-volume matters.

Angelica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Tennessee State University.

Outside the office, Angelica can often be found cheering on her favorite women’s sports teams, exploring the local arts and music scene, or planning her next trip. She is also an avid golfer and reader.
