Molly is a litigation attorney who represents individuals and corporate entities in a wide range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts.
Her practice includes representing businesses of all sizes across industries, including construction and manufacturing; handling real estate matters for residential homeowners and commercial landlords; advising financial institutions, including credit unions; and litigating tort claims.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, she has experience handling employment disputes on behalf of both employers and employees, as well as matters involving municipal liability and constitutional law.
Outside the office, Molly is involved in her community, serving on the board of directors of Camp Riva-Lake for Girls, where she supports its mission to provide meaningful experiences and opportunities for young women.
Molly earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt Law School, as well as her master’s degree in political science and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in political science from Georgia State University.
An Atlanta native, she enjoys cheering on her hometown teams, as well as the Colorado Avalanche, and spending time knitting, antiquing, and playing tennis when she’s not working.
