Matthew is an associate attorney focusing his practice on real estate transactions, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation. He routinely represents buyers, sellers, developers, members, and associations in commercial real estate matters, as well as corporate clients and business owners. He has been with the firm since 2022.
Matthew received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Transactional Law Program.
Prior to law school, he worked as a case assistant at an AmLaw 100 law firm, assisting with case management, coordinating filings, conducting legal research, and managing document production.
He also earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in sustainability.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his family and cats.
