Nicolas is an Associate Attorney focusing his practice on real estate, commercial, and corporate law. He concentrates his practice on land use and zoning, contract drafting and negotiation, homeowner and condominium disputes, title litigation, foreclosure, corporate formation, corporate governance, and commercial litigation and transactions. Nicolas’s experience in these areas of the law lend themselves to counsel his clients in business decisions through the lens of potential exposure and litigation.
Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Nicolas earned his Juris Doctorate from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law where he served as Chair of Finance for the Mercer Advocacy Council, played an active role in organizational governance, and competed on the Student Trial Advocacy Mock Trial team. Prior to earning his law degree, Nicolas earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Business from the Kennesaw State University Coles College of Business.
Nicolas is the co-chair of the Georgia Bar Young Lawyer’s Division Real Estate Committee. Additionally he is a member of the Georgia Latino Law Foundation and the DeKalb Bar Association.
When he is not working, Nicolas is an avid golfer, and enjoys exploring Atlanta restaurants with his wife, Madison, collecting and listening to records, and supporting the Braves, Falcons, Hawks, and Atlanta United.
